Extre,Eli bad pixelation on screen, breaking up, can’t watch tv.
Installation engineers set up my existing Virgin media box after moving to a new house yesterday. The tv worked to begin with but now the pixelation and signal is so bad I cannot watch anything other than previous recordings.
I tried 5 times to call the 0345 help number and it jut cuts me off.
please can someone help. this was a problem when the engineers were setting up but they got it to work. But now it’s not.
