Extre,Eli bad pixelation on screen, breaking up, can’t watch tv.

Installation engineers set up my existing Virgin media box after moving to a new house yesterday. The tv worked to begin with but now the pixelation and signal is so bad I cannot watch anything other than previous recordings. 

 I tried 5 times to call the 0345 help number and it jut cuts me off.

please can someone help. this was a problem when the engineers were setting up but they got it to work. But now it’s not.

Assuming you've rebooted your box once to prove this isn't a software issue, all this community forum can do is offer sympathy and advise you to keep trying.

There's the text message service (07533 051809) but otherwise, forum staff on here take several days (at best) and upto a week (currently) to respond to posts.
