Extra £5 per month charge for children’s channels

Is it just me or has anyone else had to pay an extra £5 per month to get the full set of children’s channels. How can they be taken off us at this time, especially with kids off school😡

They haven't been taken off, they have never been part of the maxit bundle.

Perhaps you used to have the full house bundle?

Re: Extra £5 per month charge for children’s channels

All VM customers on Player, Mixit (without Kids TV pack) and Maxit (without Kids TV pack) bundles received Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Cartoonito, Nickelodeon, Nick Jr, Nick Toons, Nick Jr Too at no extra cost and with no changes to their contract for free until 21st April 2020 as a way of helping customers through the CV lockdown.

Re: Extra £5 per month charge for children’s channels

Hi again James,

I've just noticed a tweet on the VM twitter account, and  you should still be able to see most kids tv channels

" We’ve extended the dates our customers can access a selection kids & entertainment channels at no extra cost:

A selection of kids’ TV channels will now be available until – 22 May

Entertainment TV channels will now be available until 1 June

— Virgin Media Corporate (@VirginMediaCorp)"
