Existing customer wants TV 6 box

I have a TIVO box and would like a TV 6 box (thinking it must be better?).  How can I get one?  Can't see anything obvious on my account or Virgin Media.

500Gb TiVOs are now being actively replaced, so getting a V6 should not be too much of a problem as long as you are also a Virgin Broadband customer (V6 boxes have no modem, so the Virgin hub is mandatory for the box to work). It is a far better & faster box.

Be aware that customer services are openly trying to upsell Virgin's V360 service. This is a COMPLETELY different TV platform/operating system to TiVO you are used to, & migrating to it is NOT compulsory as some of them would like you to believe. V6 boxes can be migrated to V360 Horizon firmware at a later date if you do decide to change.
