Eurosport 1HD or Eurosport 2HD?
Pixellated pictures on live TV are often the sign of a signal fault. If you've rebooted your box once, then there's likely a fault somewhere, so this will need VM to intervene. You're likely to need either an engineer visit or a replacement box, depending on what VM's remote diagnostics turn up.
First check the automated faults line for any existing issues in your area that could be the cause: 0800 5610061. If nothing's reported, assume VM don't know about your fault and ideally you'll need to call them.
150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone - choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service". Alternatively you can wait on here for staff to respond, which may take a day or so.

Hey @Sitay73, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you are having some issues with Eurosport's.
Please can you let me know what TV you have are you trying to watch this channel on 4k for example?
Also how long has this happening for?
Please do let me know. Thanks

Hello Matt,
I have an LG 4k TV, all other sports channels or live events work perfectly on the TV. The issue is on the Eurosport channels either watching live coverage (world superbikes for example) or when playing back recorded shows. I don't get any pixelating on any other channels. I would use the Eurosports channels for motorsport mainly and the issue appears to be getting worse.

Do you have any similar issues on Freesports HD, BBC Scotland HD or Quest HD?

Thank you for your reply Sitay73.
Do you have more than one box with us? If so, is this happening across all of them?
If this is happening on one specific channel, we can't rule out a signal issue but it may be worth checking your connections are secure and without damage.
Thanks,
