If the adverts are pixellated but the live programme is fine, this would be happening at source and would be affecting all Eurosport viewers on all platforms.
I would recommend trying to watch the channel live in order to check whether the signal feed is clean. If it is, then try pausing the live channel for perhaps 30 seconds and then watch it delayed.
It is now effectively a recording and is using your box's hard drive in exactly the same way. How's the programme now?
