Tuning in

Picture and sound breaking up on Euronews. Has been like that for a few days. I'm surprised that it hasn't been sorted by now.

No problems with Euronews here in Hertfordshire.

Are there any issues with Yesterday+1, CNBC, Crime+Investigation +1 or CBS Reality+1?

These all share the same broadcast mux & if these are all affected then you have a signal issue at your property that needs investigation. Virgin do not monitor individual connections so you need to report this to get it fixed.

Just tested here in Teesside and Euronews has problems with sound and picture stuttering. No issues with any other channels on the same mux.

It is the same on Sky.

Same problem in Hayes. I don't understand why the problem is only in some areas as we all get the same broadcast from Langley.

It is playing up for me as well now. Have tested on my satellite receiver & the problem is identical (simultaneous recordings showing the same artefacts on both).

Therefore I think we can conclude this is a Euronews problem & not a VM problem, as being an SD feed VM will be taking it from the same source.
