Error s102

Been getting error s102 for 2weeks now I phoned and they said they would send new box but still not arrived and now been on phone for over 1hr trying to get this sorted

I'd recommend you stay on the C/S line to sort this one out, if you've already spoken to an agent.

You'll otherwise need to wait for VM forum staff to pick up this thread, and that won't be immediate.
