Error s102 need help activating

Friday last week had an engineer come round to install virgin with tv and internet. Internet is fine but tv gets error s102. Research says this is due to it needing to be activated. I've called support number to be told my serial number on box doesnt match your inventory or something. Got accused on the phone of lying about the engineer bringing the box with them....

To confirm....it was all installed by an engineer. Can someone sort this rubbish out please not a fan of paying for something I cant use

Sorry to hear that the engineer left your home without fully activating your services. I have been able to locate your account and can see that you spoke to the team on Wednesday, have the team been able to fix this issue for you?
