Hi, I have a v6 box that has been happily chugging away fo a number of years without any issue. I recently noticed that we were not getting any program listings beyond a week, then a few days and now we get "title not available". I ran "connect to the virginmedia service now" several times and keep getting error n17 "failed whilst negotiating". My internet connection is fine. To test this I swapped my the v6 box with the one in another room and that worked fine, however, this one did not work when connected at the other location. I have been trying to contact support by phone to no avail, I appreciate that they are very busy at the moment given the current pandemic. Can anyone offer any solutions or can someone from virgin get back to me please.
