Error n17

Hi, I have a v6 box that has been happily chugging away fo a number of years without any issue.  I recently noticed that we were not getting any program listings beyond a week, then a few days and now we get "title not available".  I ran "connect to the virginmedia service now" several times and keep getting error n17 "failed whilst negotiating".  My internet connection is fine.  To test this I swapped my the v6 box with the one in another room and that worked fine, however, this one did not work when connected at the other location.  I have been trying to contact support by phone to no avail, I appreciate that they are very busy at the moment given the current pandemic.  Can anyone offer any solutions or can someone from virgin get back to me please.

Apologies for the delayed reply and the TV guide issue.

 

Can you do the following for me on the TV box please? Home, Help and Settings, Settings, Network, Connect to the Virgin Media network now.

Wired internet adapter

Mac Id   ××××××××××××

Link status   connected

Then IP address, gateway address, subnet mask, broadcast address and DNS addr
