Error code

I keep getting w02 error code on several channels on 1 of my v6 box but the other one is fine done online checks and nothing is showing

W02 is loss of signal error, but if only one of your V6 is affected I would suggest swapping your 2 boxes around.

That way, you can identify if the fault follows your box to the other location, or remains with the internal cabling. Once you know which applies, you can report your fault via the standard methods.

Sorry to hear of the error you're getting on one of your TV boxes, how are things looking since your last post here on Sunday and has any of the advice from japitts above helped with restoring this?
