Error code v210 on catch up

I am getting the above error code on catch up. Cables are ok and have rebooted box.  Can you assist please

There's a network fault.  From the service status page:
 
"Customers may be unable to use their On Demand Services seeing various error codes including V210, C501 or blank on demand listings.. We are sorry about this, our engineers are looking at fixing this as soon as possible.
 

We have identified the problem and an engineer is on their way."

Fix estimate is stated as 23:30 29/04/20
