Error code s102

  • I had virgin installed yesterday, it keeps going through the installation process and only getting to 33%. I have tried calling the call centres but with all this Coronavirus going etc I cant get through or phone cuts me off after 40 mins. Can anyone else help

Hi was this installed by a virgin engineer or self install, in ether case this would indicate the box has not been activated, if a self install did you ring the number to activate it provided with the kit. Regards Micky

Hi O dear I'm guessing he or she left it powering up and left, unfortunately they are under pressure at the moment, and it didn't complete.Regards Micky
