Hi. I can’t seem to get Demand or Netflix. Tv keeps saying cable is unplugged but have checked them all. I’ve also rebooted the hub and v6 box. Nothing is working. Can anyone help or advise me what to do? thank you.

Yes I have. It just keeps coming up saying the ethernet cable is unplugged. And brings up the two codes. We tried connecting it via settings too.

I can appreciate this was a few days ago - I want to check in and see if this is still an issue?
All sorted now. Had a technician out in the end they put some sort of code in to relink the WiFi from hub to V6 box. All working fine now.
