Can’t clear or fix error code 133, tried all suggestions comes up 130 then 133, sound is juddery
As per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/c133 this relates to a loss of internet.
The V6 gets its connection via your home-hub, is yours connected by Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable?
If you follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, the top-right corner displays your internet connection status. What is shown?
