Hi my TiVo box has said error code S102 for a few days now & I can’t get through to Virgin.... help please??
You're probably not going to like this answer, but as per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/s102 this can't be solved online.
Check for any known area faults by calling 0800 5610061. If nothing's reported, then your fault could be specific to you - and you are best to call to report this. Wait times do vary during the day.
