Error code S102

Channels all dropped. Checked all connections and restarted box following the self help guide.

Now getting a screen message “The TiVo box is unable to acquire channel information” and error code S102

Anything else I can do user side? Or is this a support call?

Virgin online help at https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/s102 gives as good guidance as anything else.

Yes, it's a call to TV Faults. Perhaps an account issue, perhaps a signal fault. VM should be able to tell.

Thanks for the reply.

Issue seems to have cleared itself following lots of swearing, a couple of whiskies and leaving the box alone for 6 hours. Spares me a call to the fault team.
