Error code S102

Suddenly have this error code. Given up on calling customer support as on hold too long. Any way to fix this?

Did you use the phone number in the instructions prior to connecting the equipment?

The V6 box requires an activation signal in order to complete its installation.

I have the same error code, when I called the help-desk the first time on 0345 454 1111, I was advised to switch the V6 set top box off, the guy did something his end, and asked me to switch the box on 10 minutes later, and it would all be fixed.

Did that, and still had no live TV, and consequently also lost my internet too.

2nd call was on hold to get through for half an hour, and when I did get through, my internet has been restored. Live TV apparently may not be back for 24/48 hours. There is a fault which the engineers are "aware of" and are currently trying to fix. It's to do with the V6 set top boxes getting stuck at 33% whilst searching for the channels.

Got that fault. S102 and stuck at 33%.

This morning (Wednesday) and my TV is now working, hope everyone else's are too.
