Error code S102 when trying to set up box.

Been trying to get through via telephone however it may be quicker on here. Just received my new TV V6 box however trying to set up it keeps trying to download software then says the error code S102. I have tried looking up the code but it says to ring up, and I cannot get through.

If you could help me solve the problem I would really appreciate it.

As gary has mentioned, VM staff are currently taking upto a week to respond on here.

As per the online advice, you are best off calling in to 150 to get this reported - call wait times do vary throughout the day. You could also try the text message service (07533 051809) but that could take a day or so.
