Error code M63

Hello, I have got error code M63 saying my account is not set up correctly and to call Virgin media for help. However it is impossible to get through to anyone on the phone and Virginmedia keep cutting me off on the phone.

Can someone from Virgin media please call me to resolve this issue.

Or if anyone else has any info on how to fix this please let me know

I appreciate this is probably not what you want to hear, but this is primarily a user-community forum - it's not a real-time C/S platform.
