Error code 7400

Hi there, I had a faulty second v6 box. New one received and set up. However, as soon as I set up the replacement box, the first box (living room) is now displaying 7400 error. ran through all the advice on website, attempted to phone up to report it but the automated system ran some tests, advised me to switch off and wait 10 mins before restarted and then terminated the call. Followed instructions and still 7400 error. is there a way to by pass automated system and speak to a 'real' person or better yet fix this error myself. Thanks

You need to take a note of both serial numbers of the 2 boxes you want working and speak to vm to make sure those 2 out of the 3 boxes you have are active

Hi the activation number is 0800 9539500 have your account number area code and serial numbers of the box or boxes to hand, as that code means the box needs activating. Regards Micky
