Error code 7400

I replace our TiVo box with the new V6 box, I followed all instructions but I’m still seeing the error code 7400 on my screen and only have a handful of channels.  I’ve received a text confirming it has been activated.  I tried to speak with the helpline but after holding for 64 minutes it just cut me off before I spoke with someone.  Wondered if there was anyone on this that can help as I can’t face being on hold for ages again.

I'm afraid the advice on https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/7400 is correct, this error can't be resolved online.

Perhaps sucking eggs, but make sure your V6 has a working internet connection - unlike the TiVo box you've replaced, the V6 needs to connect via your homehub for all online functions. This can either be via Ethernet or reliable WiFi.
