Error code 7400!!!

  • My old TV box broke. You wanted an additional monthly payment from me for a new box so I bought one from someone local. Plugged it in and get error 7400 because obviously this box is not on my account.
  • I can't add this online and I CANNOT get through on the phone.

I'm afraid you've wasted your money. 

Virgin will only connect and activate authorised equipment they send out.

My old box was from 2017! It finally gave up and won't power on. Called them up and they wanted an extra £8pm just to give me a new box!

You have bought a stolen box as all equipment belongs to Virgin and should have been returned to them by the previous renter, the box will not work as has been stated
