Error code 7400

I have installed a new Tivo box and I have rung Virgin on 150 to get it activated yet am still getting error code 7400. Now when I ring 150 I get the message that my box has been activated and everything is working. 

I have tried to correct the error online and it says everything is working fine but it clearly is not because the error message 7400 is all across the screen.

I have also restarted the box twice and waited 30 min to an hour for it to update but still no luck.

Any help gratefully received.

Hi.

You don't say if this is a V6 box or a new account or replacement for an existing box?

I had that error when installing my second V6 and it took 24 hours before all my services were enabled.

Hi the activation number is 0800 9539500 have your account number area code and the serial number of the box or boxes to hand as I believe its an automated system.Regards Micky
