I have installed a new Tivo box and I have rung Virgin on 150 to get it activated yet am still getting error code 7400. Now when I ring 150 I get the message that my box has been activated and everything is working.
I have tried to correct the error online and it says everything is working fine but it clearly is not because the error message 7400 is all across the screen.
I have also restarted the box twice and waited 30 min to an hour for it to update but still no luck.
