Getting this error code on V6 box linked to new Samsung 4k TV. Other boxes around house working. How do I resolve ?

Hi steverocker, thanks for the message and welcome to the forums.
I am sorry to hear that you are getting the error code and this is not the experience which we want you to have.
Can you ensure that all cables are hand tight and when you plug the box into another TV if you get the same issue?
Does this still happen since posting or has this since been resolved?
