Error code 602

Hello,

I wonder if anyone can help me please. We are watching a film on channel 401, Sky Cinema HD premiere. Every 10 mins or so it stops and says it is unavailable and try again later. This is a reoccurring problem and all I am being told is to re-start it again and it will carry on from where it stopped. 
This solution is not an acceptable fix. Who wants to watch a movie where it stops every 10 minutes? 
we have the full package and pay a lot of money for it each month. When is there going to be a fix for this problem?

Hi Lesley,

 

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, I am sorry you are having issues when watching a movie. I cannot see any issues at all however I can see that your router hasn't been rebooted for 26 days .

 

Please unplug from the wall both the router and the V6 box leave for 2 minutes then plug back in, please also checkk all internal connections are hand tight.
