Error S102

Setting up new V6 box, all physical connections secure and wifi connected but won't load channels. Gets to 33% then fails.

I call virginmedia and it directs me to online help ... which is of no help

Hi Rang1808,

It sounds like you need to have your V6 box activated. Did you call the activation line? 

Try rebooting the V6 please. If the channels are still greyed out then you need to phone to get your box activated. 0800 953 9500.

You could also try the text messaging service.

Just send  a text with a description of TV Faults  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

You can also call  150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 2, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues.

Thanks for the reply. No I haven't 'activated' the box. There's nothing in the set up instructions about 'activating' but I'll call 150 anyway
