It looks as though Activation has failed as we are stuck at 33% with the S102 error message. I have been on hold for 42 minutes and then the call dropped. I am now on hold again. Is there any other way of getting this sorted out?
Hi, if it is a self install please check the booklet on how to activate your equipment. If you have activated your equipment make sure all cables are connected and you have an active internet connection then reboot your v6 box.

Thanks for your reply. We have activated several times but it does not appear to have worked. The text message activation received a failed response so we tried by phone and it says we need to speak to someone. Understandably, phone lines are chockablock and I keep getting cut off! I just wondered if there was any other solution.
