Error S102 how to resolve when call centres are closed?

I've installed a new Tivo box as the old one was having a lot of problems. However I'm getting the error code S102 - unable to acquire channel info. I can't get through to anyone on the phone as the call centres are shut. Can anyone help resolve this online for me?
