I completed a QuickStart installation yesterday. My broadband and one of the V6 boxes are working fine. My second V6 box is displaying error code S102 - unable to acquire channel info. I’ve rebooted the box and checked the cable connections several times. Does anyone have any advice on what to do?
I’ve tried calling Virgin Media several times but keep being cut off. I’ve also tried the text message support but no one replies.
Finally got through to customer services. The problem was the box had not been paired to the VM system. For some reason my equipment was showing as only 1 box not 2. All sorted now. Thanks for your input.
