Had a new TiVo box sent out ...... I changed it over all good and working ..... but my other box does not work now it’s coming up with error code ...... been waiting on phone for over an hour ........ very close to putting the lot of it in the bin
As per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/m63 this can only be resolved by calling in, it's often an account issue.
I wouldn't bet against the wrong box having been deactivated - have the box serial numbers handy for cross-checking when you call in.
