Error Code W02

Ive started getting the error W02 on certain channels. C5 HD and Sky One HD among others. My V6 box upstairs is fine.

It began while my wife was watching a recording, the whole box locked up and needed a reboot. Since then W02. I have tried a further reboot.

I spoke to support who transfered me to another team and I've currently been on hold for nearly an hour.

Is it possible for someone to help? I cant stay on hold much longer.

Hi Rich_N,

error-codes/w02  is usually a problem with the wiring. Make sure that all connections are snug and tight, especially the white coaxial.

Have you tried swapping the boxes as well to see if the issue follows the box?
