Error Code 7400

Set up my Virgin v6 tivo box today and now getting error code 7400 displayed on screen

The faults line is open 8am - 10pm 7 days a week. Ring up 150 from your Virgin landline (or 0345 454 1111 from other phones) and use the option for "if there's a fault with your TV service" they'll try to re-send the activation signals and get it working. If not then it'll be an engineer visit unfortunately.
