Engineer came over today to assist in moving my hub - all well and good. however I've plugged and set up my TV, only to find I can't get access to the channels that I've paid for. I've searched and the problem seems to be activation, however my box has already been activated (I received a activation text). This was quite a while ago now.
It sounds like your box may have been disconnected from the VM network for some time - depending how long ago "a while ago" was, this may be the problem. Boxes can be deactivated if they're not used for some time.
