Hi there, trying to set up the new Virgin Media TV V6 but got stuck with error 7400 for 2 days. Run the test as instructed but not helping. Called the helpline but it’s closed. Is there Anything else can do? Pls help!
You need to phone 0800 953 9500 to get your box activated during normal office hours .
You will need the box serial number, and your account and area number
If you are still having issues and the activation line isn't picking up then you could speak to New accounts and Set Up for them to complete the setup and activation.
That would be options 1,1,1 and 4 if dialling 150 from a Virgin landline , or options 1,1,2 and 4 if dialling 0345 4541111 from any other phone
