Error 7400

My installation was set up about 4 weeks ago I have fault 7400 floating around my screen what is causing the issue and what is the remedy please?

You will need to phone in as the box needs reactivating. They will send another signal to activate the box and if that doesn't work they will have to send an engineer out.

I had the same fault. 

Help desk tried to reset it remotely but failed.

They sent me a replacement box for self install which has worked OK.

Don't forget to ask for a service credit for the time that you haven't got the 2nd box for.
