Error 7400 on second V6 Box

Hello

We recently had your services installed. The box in the main room was set up and working fine. A second box was installed in a bedroom but no TV was to hand. A TV has now been purchased and connected but the second box just shows 3 channels and the error message 7400.

The automated help line just goes round in circles asking me to restart,  check the website, the website says to ring.

Any advice?

Hiya

As per TV Error code help , error 7400 relates to a box activation issue.

You need to call the automated activation line - 0800 9539500, with your box details to hand.
