Error 7400 - no channels

hi. hope someone can help me here. I got a new connection a few days ago (self install) and plugged in my tv for the first time yesterday. I am getting an error 7400. Also, i am only able to see a couple of channels active and not all the channels on my subscription.  

Please let me know what needs to be done to resolve this

You must call in to 'activate" any new VM equipment.

The activation number is 0800 953 9500

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Have you managed to make contact with customer services to activate your equipment?
