I am new to Virgin Media and have installed my new V6 TV boxes today but I am getting the Error code 7400 on the screen. I have tried the steps as recommended by Virgin Media like running service check but the issue still remains the same. The service check on virgin media website is not showing any issues.
Additionally most of the channels are greyed out for me even though I have these on my subscription list.
Could someone advise what could be the issue and how to resolve it.
