Error 602

When ever I try to watch anything on demand every 10 minutes or so the program stops and I get a box pop up with error code 602. Does anyone know what would fix this problem. Thanks

Can we please confirm if replaying the title rectified this or does this carry on showing the error? 

 

If so please try the below steps:

Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now

It will work when I go back to the program but then do it again. I think it is connected to my 2.4GHz being very slow at present. I am not sure why it has become so slow and dropping out so much at the moment. My 5GHz is working fine but the signal isn't as good for this box because it's upstairs.

Thanks for replying, it may be that the WIFI signal isn't travelling through the home evenly and there can be many reasons for this. Our troubleshoot page for broadband connection may be of some help https://www.virginmedia.com/help/broadband   or you can try or Connect app which will optimise your home connections or advise if you need a booster. https://www.virginmedia.com/shop/virgin-media-connect-app
