Error 404 Token

My recent purchase won’t play.. message is token request failed error code 404.

Then on pressing ok, it says there is a problem with playback. Are you already playing this title on another device. .. I’m not!!

i have rebooted box and hub.. still won’t work ! Help!

Was the purchase made on the Virgin Media Store or Virgin Movies
