Engineer left V6 box with error message

V6 box installed today, told would be ok in an hour, actually just have error message 7400 on screen, no channels available. On hold for tech support for 39 minutes. Tried chat as well. 

Not the install I expected. 

Have tech support gone home? Or does it really take this long to get through
