Hi. I've just purchased a film and you've taken the money out of my account and cannot watch it as it comes up with error ES004. I've since found out this is a known issue so why are you allowing myself and others to purchase a film then not be able to watch it?
I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
