This is typically a symptom of your V6 not having an internet connection to update the EPG. Does OnDemand work on your box? It uses the same 'net connection.
If not, there's your issue and a connectivity problem can be advised on. Is your V6 connected to your home-hub wirelessly or by Ethernet?
If VoD works, do a manual refresh of your EPG by following Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network > Connect to VM services now.
