In the EPG, E4 programs are listed incorrectly. This means that I cannot schedule recordings all this week and into next. Please get this sorted out, this is not the service that I'm paying for !
I understand others have contacted you regarding this problem and my sister also has the same problem so it must be widespread. I reiterate, please get this sorted out now it is really anoying.
Force a call in Network settings - that should fix it on your box.
