Dvr problem on v6 box

Is there any fix for this?? I have had a problem with the box resetting a few times a week for the last few months and have constantly been trying to get in touch but always get told your very busy and cut off!

now today my box keeps saying there is a problem with my dvr and will take 3 hours to fix, all day long lol! And will not work at all!

any help would be greatly welcomed.

That message means your hard drive has failed. This is not fixable, and requires a replacement box.

Call TV Faults on 150 (or 0345 4541111), to report this.

Forum staff pick threads up, but it can take a few days sometimes. Hence calling almost certainly being the quickest way to arrange your new box.
