Dvr green screen error message

Hello, I am receiving the error message "The DVR has detected a serious problem..." see attachedfull msg in the attached photo. This appears whenever I try to start my TiVo v6 box. Can anyone help/provide relevant advice please. I have kept the box turned on for about 3 hours now and it keeps going through the same routine of going blank, to 'Starting up' and then automatically to this message, and then Same over and over again

Hi ConorV,

Please can you click on Check service status at the top of the page so you can run some tests on the set.

Depending on the outcome you may need to contact faults.

You could try the text messaging service.

Just send  a text with a description of faults  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

You can also call  150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues

Engineer had to replace box, all working now.
