This is the second time I have had the green screen warning on my v6. From reading other messages it seems my box is on its last legs it is over 5 years old. Can I arrange an engineer to replace it please?

If you mean the green "DVR has detected an error", then yes it means HDD failure.

Two ways to arrange the tech visit - call in for immediate response, or wait here if you don't mind a couple of days delay.

Hey sportagegirl, thank you so much for your post on our forum.

We're sorry to hear of the green screen issue on your TV box, we'd love to help with that!

Can you please advise if you've contacted our faults team previously in regard to this as japitts above had suggested and if so, what assistance was provided in this case?

We are here to help further where needed, please give us an update and let us know if you still need our support.
