I am a VIP customer and for the last 2 days my Virgin TV service has been terrible. The picture on all channels is badly distorted and unwatchable. I have tried all the suggestions on your website, including rebooting, checking cables etc, but still have the problem. I am now totally frustrated and feel I need an engineer. Please help.
