Distorted picture

I am a VIP customer and for the last 2 days my Virgin TV service has been terrible. The picture on all channels is badly distorted and unwatchable. I have tried all the suggestions on your website, including rebooting, checking cables etc, but still have the problem. I am now totally frustrated and feel I need an engineer. Please help.

Hi Paulsach, thanks for the message and I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the service. It does sound like this would need an engineer to solve. Are you still having issues with the service? Chris
