A remote arrived today, 06/01/2021. A long story but should have been in the box with the V6 that was ordered on 10/12/20.
It was used and wiped 'clean' but has scratch marks and grime around some buttons.
This is totally disgusting and in days of COVID potentially dangerous. I am appalled.
I have read a previous answer about cutting down on e-waste. I understand the sentiment but ;
1/ Do not do this at the expense of customer experience and disgust customers.
2/ I also had delivered a PSU delivered today (without the plug cable), which I have never asked for or needed.
Please can a BRAND NEW remote for V6 box be sent out. I refuse to pay an e-bay seller £5 to get a hygienic one when it should have been in the box to start with!

Unfortunately, that link wants to charge me £9.99, because ‘ive already been sent one in last 12 months.’
I'm also dubious that the link would send me a brand new remote, as should have been in the V6 box.
