Discount not confirmed

Hi

I renewed my contract mid May with a 3 month discount of c.£30.  My bill for this month isn’t showing the discount so I called c-services 13/7.  They confirmed the 3 month discount would be actioned as originally agreed, so 2 further months remain and confirmation would follow within 24 hrs.

I’ve not received confirmation - can anyone help please? I can phone again but I already have verbal confirmation.
